Our Building
The Tucson Investment Planning, Inc. offices have been located in the historic Bayless Building since purchasing it in March of 2000. It is a Mission Revival style building, showcasing the architecture that has made the area famous.
It was built in 1897 by a pioneer family, William H. Bayless and his sons, Charles and John. It housed their main operations for their ranching and land holdings business as well as serving as one of the first banks in Tucson. To help his friends and neighbors, Mr. Bayless bought bank notes from struggling ranches, allowing the ranches to continue to operate when hard times hit.
Tucson Investment Planners, Inc. feel this building provides a legacy to live up to and a reminder to serve the community in which we live.
